I have recently completed my program with Kalfit and couldn't be happier. I gave khalil short time frame of 4 week to see how much lean mass I could put on. The challenges at beginning were the food consumption and the long workouts. But Khalil was there ever step of the way either checking up late at night or through our workouts.
